The Details:

  • The City of Windsor revised the zoning and amended their Land Use Map through the approval of the Shiloh Road Village Vision Plan.

  • The revised Land Use Map calls for Boulevard Mixed Use on the south portion of the property and Compact Residential (CR- 12-32 units/acre) and High Density Residential (HDR- 12-16 units/acre) on the north portion of the property.

  • The Developer is pursuing tentative map approval to allow for the construction of approximately 55,000 square feet of commercial space, 65 market rate residential units, and 94 affordable residential units.
